Welcome to our 3rd year of the Griffith Hockey Association - Young Whistleblowers program. This program aims to introduce our juniors to hockey umpiring and increase their knowledge of the rules of hockey.
Sessions will be from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm

Session 1
For this session, we went over what the umpire pathways are. We then went through the Introduction to Umpiring Booklet, which we will cover all areas in more detail in the coming sessions.
- What are the umpire pathways for both GHA & Hockey Aus (Hockey Ed)
- How to register for Hockey Ed.
- Go to griffithhockey.com.au & click on "log in" in the top right corner. Using your credentials given when you registered, log in to your account. From here, click on the HockeyEd tile. From here, scroll down to the Umpiring section and click on Learn More. You can now enrol in the "Foundation Support Umpire"
- Before the next session, please register, complete the session and take the small online assessment. Once completed, please email your certificate to griffithhockey@hotmail.com. To view the certificate, you have to click on the "Skills Passport" on the left-hand menu.
