Due to the damage to the lights at the Hockey Field, we have continued to monitor the game times concerning light and to ensure safe play on Saturday afternoons. We've come to the decision that we will have to make some further small changes to the match times for the June/July/August period. 

Match Times  (Commencing round 8, 14th June 2025) - Game 1 - 12 pm, Game 2 - 1:10 pm, Game 3 - 2:20 pm & Game  4 - 3:30 pm. Juniors continue from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

Game format: To ensure consistency in match formats with what players have voted on (commencing after the June long weekend), matches will consist of 4 x 13-minute quarters with 2-minute quarter breaks and 4-minute half breaks. This allows enough time for watering and umpire changeovers. 

In some good news, GRSC have engaged an electrician to get 2 x sets of lights working as a temporary measure to allow for training to continue for teams. This work will commence the week of 27th May. We will notify team managers once they are available.

The full repair process has commenced, with GCC and GRSC in the initial stages of the project.
